Compensation & Benefits Assistant

                To support our team in HR Department, we are looking to recruit a

                                                Compensation & Benefits Assistant

Your tasks:
o    Monitor all payroll processes & procedures and keep up with any changes in the legal framework (Labour Laws, Social insurance policies, Tax issues etc)
o    Close communication & cooperation with external consultants
o    Participate in the implementation of compensation and benefits policies
o    Be responsible for the  time management (SAP database, manual recordings, reporting etc)
o    Participation in general HR administration tasks

Your skills:
o    Relevant Bachelor/University Degree in Economics, Business Administration etc
o    Master Degree in HRM will be an asset
o    2 Years of relevant previous employment experience
o    Deep understanding and knowledge of payroll legal framework
o    Excellent English language skills, good MS-Office knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
o    Proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation
o    Analytical & organizational skills
o    Accuracy, confidentiality & flexibility
o    Team orientation, collaborative working style
